It was in this context that Professor Robert Dussey, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and Togolese Abroad, met with his Rwandan counterpart, Olivier Jean Patrick Nduhungirehe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bilateral meeting resulted in the signing of three major legal instruments: a Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations; a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a Joint Cooperation Commission; and a framework cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
